What is the rent and household income-limit for a studio, 1 or 2 bedroom loft?
Rent and income-limits vary depending upon what home is available. Please contact us to learn of our availability. Before scheduling a tour, we will send a brief questionnaire to gauge if you would likely qualify to live at Carleton Artist Lofts.

Does Carleton Artist Lofts accept pets?
Yes! We are very pet-friendly. 2 pet limit/household. A $300 non-refundable pet fee (per pet) and current vaccination records required at move-in.

Is parking available?
Each household receives one permit for our parking lot. Parking spaces are not assigned. Street parking also available.

Is smoking permitted in the lofts or common areas?
No, we are a smoke-free community. 

Are there occupancy limits?
Yes, a maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom is allowed.

Is Carleton Artist Lofts a host building for the St. Paul Art Crawl?
Yes! We encourage all residents to participate during the spring and fall events. Details are discussed during the application process.
