Carleton Artist Lofts is an artist community that participates in an affordable housing program.

Artist Requirement

One occupant of each household must demonstrate a current involvement in the arts.

Section 42 or LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) Requirements

All homes are income-restricted. Please contact us to learn of our availability. Before scheduling a tour, we will send a brief questionnaire to gauge if you would likely qualify to live at Carleton Artist Lofts.

At least one occupant must not be a full-time student.
